He didn't like that & copped a nasty attitude, military like & there was no need for that tude. Nor have I been asked forid at least 37 yrs! I took out my drivers license & because I'm auto immune compromised I told him I didn't want him to touch it esp after wiping his nose with his hand but I did put it right up to his face so he can see it since he didn't see my greying hair and aging skin. I was actually startled because I was never asked for id whenever we came & we visited it often. We go through security & one of the guys waived us through then the other one with this accent & prob around late 50s/60s told me he wanted to see my id. We decided to go get coffee before leaving & you have to go through the casino to the back to purchase it as there are no in room coffee makers or something more convenient outside the casino in the hotel area. We wake up in the morning, pack our belongings, bring our luggage down to our car in secured parking which is great btw. We go down to the casino go through security & enjoy our evening then head to our room for the night. Checked in, lugged our luggage up to our room & again nice & clean rooms. Everything was good until the recent stay. We had been coming here as a fun rest stopover before continuing to our destinations. The hotel is nice, clean & rooms are comfortable, clean & nice river views we had each time my husband & I stayed. I'll start my review with the hotel itself.
